Police were called to the scene of a car accident last week that involved several children. A quick survey of the scene revealed that the driver, the mother of the children, was intoxicated at the time of the collision. The suspect, 34-year-old D.U., was driving with three of her children when she crashed into a wall near a school. She is reported to have caused $1,000 worth of damage to the wall, which she will be responsible for paying. After finding several opened bottles of liquor in her car and purse, police had no choice but to arrest her.
Once the officers' investigation has been completed, D.U. is likely to be charged with three counts of DUI with a passenger under the age of 15 and aggravated DUI. If you have recently caused a DUI accident, you could be facing serious criminal penalties. This also holds true if you were caught DUI with a minor in your vehicle. Due to severity of the charges you are facing, you'll want a
