Actor Facing Underage DUI Charges

News sources are buzzing with reports that the former sidekick to a children's television show star has been arrested for driving under the influence. Allegedly, the actor was pulled over by police in Burbank, California after officers noticed that he failed to stop at an intersection.

Unfortunately, the actor is below the legal age of 21, which means that he will be facing underage DUI charges for his recent offense.

Officers told news sources that they stopped the actor on Sunday morning. Police were attending to an unrelated traffic accident when they saw the actor drive through an intersection without slowing down. Officers quickly pulled the actor over and he consented to field sobriety tests as well as a breath test which revealed his blood alcohol was well-over the state's legal limit of 0.08%.

Following the breath test, the actor was arrested and held in jail. He was later freed after posting $5,000 bail.
