DUI Offender Rams Deputy's Car Multiple Times
According to the Associated Press, a Phoenix area deputy had to be hospitalized after a man that stole a motor vehicle rammed into his patrol car numerous times.
Local law enforcement say that 27 year old Justin Wayne Rackley was placed under arrest on Wednesday for suspicion of felony flight, aggravated assault, aggravated DUI, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
When officers asked him why he stole the car he told them that he had been high on methamphetamine for over three days.
On Wednesday afternoon, the police department received a call about a landscaping truck being stolen. When an officer located the truck, Rackley allegedly reversed into the officer's vehicle numerous times. He then sped off and led police on a 20 minute chase before he was stopped and arrested.
