Man Charged with 5th DUI

In Elgin, Arizona, a man has been sentenced to ten years of prison for his 5^th DUI offender. 

45 year old Gregory Echols was sentenced this week in Kane County.  Police say that he pled guilty to one count of aggravated DUI, which is a felony.

On February 28^th, Echols was arrested.  At the time of his arrest, his license had been revoked and he was on parole for his 4^th DUI conviction.

Aside from being charged with driving under the influence 5 times, Echols has been cited 14 times by police since 1992 for driving with a revoked license.
